Transfers work to China and 63 other countries where UnionPay cards are issued. China alone supports 508 banks.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1. Download Unired from the App Store or Google Play and register — this takes about two minutes.

Step 2. On the main screen, open the card transfers section.

Step 3. Select the UnionPay (Money Express) direction from the list of available systems.

Step 4. Enter the recipient's 16-digit card number and the amount. The app will immediately show the conversion rate and the exact amount in yuan the recipient will receive.

Step 5. Check the details and confirm the transaction. The money arrives on the recipient's card instantly — usually within 1 second.

How Much Does It Cost

The transfer commission is 0%. You pay exactly the amount you send: conversion from soums to yuan is done at the exchange rate shown on screen before confirmation. There are no hidden fees or correspondent bank charges.

Limits: up to $5,000 equivalent per transaction to China and up to $10,000 total per day.

Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

The most common mistake is an incorrect card number. Before confirmation, the app displays the details for review: double-check the number with the recipient. If a transfer is sent to a non-existent card, the funds will be returned automatically. Also note the technical break of the Chinese SAFE system from 23:00 to 09:00 Beijing time — transfers sent during this period are credited as soon as it ends.
